At Embakasi High School we believe that Education is the power for our students to excel in life and get a brighter future. By joining us as a volunteer you’ll be a part of our drive to equip our students into future leaders by providing high quality value adding education.

PROGRAM INFORMATION:

If you’re considering a future as a teacher, or a recent graduate, a mid-career professional or a retiree with years of teaching experience this is an ideal opportunity to leave a positive impact on the students. 

 

You will work with local teachers as a teaching assistant. This means you’ll be in real classrooms contributing to lessons and working closely with young people. 

 

VOLUNTEER AREAS:

Below are list of volunteer programs areas however we welcome all volunteer inquiries

• Sports Coaching

• Drama and Arts

• Computer Studies

• English lessons

DURATION: (2-12 weeks)

• We would prefer if you volunteer for an entire school term (12 weeks) however we welcome any duration from a minimum of 2 weeks.

 

WHATS INCLUDED:

• All Meals during your volunteer days.

• Accommodation for your entire stay. (Overseas volunteers)

• Airport pick-up and drop off. (Overseas volunteers)
